Sedentary Lifestyle Increases Anxiety Risk

A sedentary lifestyle is associated with negative health consequences, resulting in many preventable causes of death. In addition, women who have never practiced physical activity showed a huge risk of 99 percent developing anxiety and depression than women who were physically active. Middle-aged women are more vulnerable to mental health problems, according to the study. However, an increase in physical activity was found to eliminate existing symptoms of anxiety and even prevent possible future symptoms.
