How to improve your vision without surgery – Eye simple exercises wonders

We all know how important it is to keep our bodies well. Go to the gym, running and swimming are all on the “good for you” list of activities. But did you know that you can exercise your eyes as well? Exercise keeps your eyes healthy, eliminate eye fatigue, which helps to focus and improve your vision without surgery.
Exercise 1. Massage
• First close your eyes tightly for 3-5 seconds, then open them for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this 7 or 8.
• Now close your eyes and massage in circular movements of the fingers for 1-2 minutes. Make sure you press very lightly, otherwise it may damage the eyes.
• Press three fingers of each hand on the upper eyelids, hold for 1-2 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times.
Exercise 2. Movement

Exercise 3. Mark on the glass

Exercise 5. Write on Wall

Exercise 6. See the time with eyes
Imagine you are standing in front of a large clock. Look in the center of the clock. Then look at any time, without looking back. Return to center. Then look at another hour mark. To do this, at least 12 times. You can also do this exercise with eyes closed.
