Headache, migraine and student life

It is full of exam stress and life in one of many. Do you find overcoming their temples, too small for you steel lid three times or icepick-in-the-eyes-feeling?

Evenings, weekends lost week, irregular meals (and alcohol and fast food !!) are the heart of student life. They provide a physical component of the emotional stress of making the call (everyone seems to be asking you to do.)

Some preparations such as Alka-Seltzer and Berocca containing both mild analgesic and increased vitamin, often with caffeine. But the use of caffeine, you will not be able to rest, so be careful … and read the label.

4) If you prefer to avoid the painkillers, try some yoga. Loosen the spine with rolls of the head and neck soft, then follow with the cat, downward facing dog, and child pose. End the pose of total relaxation.

5) BREATHING. Most of us have an idea of ​​how your breathing affects everything we do and feel. Many traditions teach meditation techniques to help achieve emotional stability of breathing (lighting, even!) So if you feel anxious or vulnerable, breathing deeply and slowly helps, even without training. No breathing, as well as what not to hyperventilate.
